Android Application for Learning Vocabulary

This bachelor thesis describes the development of application for learning vocabulary on devices with the operating system Android. In thesis you can find basic common theory relevant to this problem, analyze of existing solutions, design of basic architecture and description of detail implementation.  Program is based on SQLite database and is optimized for devices with different size of screen.
Development of creative skills of managers

Development of creative skills of managers This graduation thesis deals with the creativity of managers as an essential condition to increase the productivity of a business. The first part of my thesis looks at the concept of creativity, including the concept of creativity as a process and complex of abilities. Apart from the above-stated, it contains a description of a biological-psychosocial model of creativity. The first part concludes that creativity development is possible. The second part of my thesis focuses on the issues of manager creativity and its importance. Attention is paid to internal and external barriers of creativity which can be removed to some degree by using the training methods of a lecturer and individual techniques of a manager. The end of my thesis shows a list of basic conditions of creativity development in an organisation. This knowledge can be used by lecturers training adults, managers or HR staff members.
Education of employees in the chosen business company

The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the process of training employees in the company XY MEDICAL, Ltd., identify its shortcomings and recommend opportunities for improvement. The theoretical part is processed by a method of analysis of professional literature on personnel management, respectively. specific development and training. It describes the learning process and identify the methods and forms of education used in the organization. In a research of methods are used semi-structured interviews with the Director of Human Resources, excursion in the educational activities and a questionnaire for employees. The research part is aimed to obtain information on the whole process of education in society, ie contains information on how to identify training needs, its planning and implementation, different types of training taking place in the organization as well as the evaluation of educational activities. The aim of the research is to find out how well the company access to education employees. Based on the findings of the research are at the end of work formulated recommendations for company XY MEDICAL, Ltd. Key words: education, employee training, the learning process, learning methods, questionnaire, interview, excursion.

TITLE: Learning strategies of students at high school SUMARRY: The bachelor thesis is focused on learning strategies of students at high school with learning disabilities. The task of the theoretical part is to describe principles, methods and compensation aids. The theoretical part I drew from the scientific literature. The aim of my thesis is to reveal learning strategies which students use. I have achieved the aim by using my survey and case studies. Influence of using methods and organizational forms on attractiveness of biology lessons for pupils

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out which teaching / learning methods and forms teachers use in their biology lessons and its impact on attractiveness of biology for pupils. The adjoing aims are to find out which factors influence teacher's choice of teaching / learning methods and forms, which teaching / learning methods and forms are unused and the causes of their non-use. Another adjoing aim is to determinate if there is a difference in biology lessons between lower grammar schools and primary schools. Furhermore, the adjoing aims are to compare not only the attractiveness of biology but also the popularity of teaching methods and forms by pupils of lower grammar schools and primary schools. The thesis first contains the theoretical part. The research part contains the metodology of data collection and the metodology of evaluation of these data. Furthermore this thesis contains the results of the research. The results show that monology and autodidactic teaching methods and forms predominate in biology lessons. Teachers are limited by various obstacles such as lack of time, materiál equipment of the school, the approach of colleagues and school management, different approach of pupils, approach of the teacher. For primary school pupils biology is more popular than for lower grammar...
The use of interactive whiteboards at lower secondary schools

The bachelor thesis focuses on interactive whiteboards and their application in elementary schools. The first part describes how whiteboards work and which types of software are used. The second part contains how elementary schools use whiteboards during their lessons. The main question of the bachelor thesis is manner and regularity of using. A quantitative analysis and statistics methods are used here. A survey is filled by children from elementary schools in the South Bohemian Region. The main result of the thesis is the evaluation of equipment and in which subjects whiteboards are used. The end of the thesis summarizes how children are satisfied with interactive whiteboards and creative learning methods during their lessons.
The Analysis of the Employee Educational System in a Selected Organization

The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the current system of education of employees in a selected organization and give several suggestions on changes that can be made. The chosen organization is Labour Office located in Jindřichův Hradec.The analysis is based on a personal interview with director of this organisation and on employee questionnaire results. The thesis suggests possible changes for an better system of education.
